2025 Registration Form

Welcome to the 2025 Lake Marion Swim Season! We are so happy to have you join us for the summer swim season!  

Since you are registering after Monday, May 19, you will need to purchase your spiritwear from Frizzy's.  

Requests for refunds must be received by Friday, June 13, 2025 for non-preteam swimmers.  Requests for refunds must be received by Friday, June 20, 2025 for preteam swimmers. No requests for refunds will be honored after this date.

  • At least one parent/guardian is required to volunteer.
  • Previously registered parents/guardians cannot be edited during registration. Please contact your team's admin to request edits.

Photo Release and Wavier

I hereby authorize and give my full consent to the Lake Marion Swim Team to publish any and all photographs, videotapes and/or film in which my child(ren) or I appear while attending Lake Marion Swim Team meets or events. I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by the Lake Marion Swim Team is voluntary, neither my child(ren) nor I will receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by the Lake Marion Swim Team confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. *

Release of Liability

My child has permission to participate on the Lake Marion Swim Team and team related events and activities held at the Lake Marion Community Center or off site venues. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks inherent in swimming, training, and competition and agree to assume all those risks. I will not hold any coach, team committee member, parent, sponsor, or the Montgomery Village Foundation liable, either singularly or jointly, for any losses due to injuries sustained while participating as part of the Lake Marion Swim Team related events and activities.

Montgomery County Swim League Code of Conduct

I certify that I have read the Montgomery County Swim League (MCSL) Code of Conduct and will abide by it, as well as assume responsibility for my guests and other family members also abiding by the Code of Conduct. I understand that MCSL and its activities are for the benefit of children and that MCSL teams will not tolerate a parent or guardian yelling at or belittling a child, an official, coach or other parent or guardian in any way, or otherwise engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.

Acknowledgement of Publication Swimmer Information

By virtue of participating as an athlete in the Montgomery Count Swim League and as a part of the Lake Marion Swim Team, a swimmer's name, age and gender may appear on the league and/or team's web site and/or in other leagues and/or team published materials, including, but not limited to, any of the following: weekly meet results, league all-star rankings, and MCSL invitational meet psych sheets and meet programs.

Teen Gift

Swimmers 13 and older receive a surprise gift at the end of the season. The additional cost of the gift is $20 per teen swimmer and is required. ONLY swimmers 13 and over will be charged this fee but you still must check the acceptance box in order to proceed.

Release of Liability for All Comers MVF Swim Meet

Participation in the MVF All Comers Swim Meet on Saturday, June 7, 2025 entails exposure to possible injury. MVF disclaims any obligation or liability to you, for you, for any injury or claim arising of your participation in this program. By checking the box below you acknowledge for yourself and for your family that you are voluntarily participating in this program and that you are assuming all risk of injury to yourself and members of your family, or injury that you cause to others. You agree for yourself and your family to indemnify, defends and hold harmless MVF and its agents and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, and rights of action or causes of action that may arise from your participation in this program. By providing your signature below, you are agreeing to waive any right you, your family, or your successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against MVF for injuries or claims arising from participation in the MVF program.
