CITs
Each year we are excited to invite our older swimmers to apply to be a coach in training (CIT). CITs play an important role in supporting and teaching our pre-team swimmers during AM and PM practices, and at pre-team meets.
Look for an email at the beginning of each swim season with a link to apply for the position.
CITs can earn SSL hours for time spent supporting the pre-team. CITs should keep track of the hours that they have volunteered and at the end of the season, complete the MCPS form using this information.

Forms need to printed out and signed by a Swim Committee member. Be sure to submit your form by the deadlines set by your school/MCPS so you get credit for your hours!
