- responsible for organizing all the social events of the swim team

- organize and advertise the weekly Friday evening pasta dinners
- arrange all team social events for each age group and parent outings

- Send out communications to swim team about B meet.
- Review B meet signups and verify eligibility of each swimmer to participate in each event.
- Transmit B meet entries to host team (away meets only).
- Secure pool and community center at the end of the meet (home meets only)
- Attend meetings with other Gaithersburg - Montgomery Village B league teams before swim season begins to review and/or update B league handbook, set calendar for B relays and discuss and/or approve any MCSL rules changes that will apply to the B league.
