Raft & Splash Details
Hello Laser Families!
Please join us for the annual team Raft & Splash event on Wednesday, July 25 from 5:00pm-8:00pm (weather permitting).
Raft & Splash is for registered Lake Marion Laser families and coaches only, no additional guests please. In order for non-registered siblings of swim team families to participate in raft and splash, we will need parents to print, sign, and bring to the event, the attached waiver form for each non-registered sibling. Without a signed waiver form, the non-registered sibling will not be able to participate.
Respectfully, we need to keep this as a team only function. Anyone who turns up and is not a member of the team will be asked to leave. This is a liability/insurance issue for the team and the team cannot assume any risks for any non-registered or waivered swimmers. This event is open to the entire team, including the pre-team, and no RSVP is required.
Given the weather outlook for Wednesday, we have decided that we are NOT going to take pizza orders this year. We thought this would be easier than having to refund any money. You are invited to bring your own dinner and/or have something delivered to the pool on your own. There will be discounted limited concessions available for purchase, while supplies last.
If you were not at the banquet to receive your award and/or pin, we will have those available to pick up. If you won’t be at Raft & Splash, please contact Anna Yackoski (email@example.com) to make other arrangements to pick up your awards. We will also have the lost and found items out, so look to see if anything might be yours! The red folders will be on deck as well…there are still lots of ribbons and awards to be claimed!
