Good Morning,

Just a reminder that the MVF July 4th parade and carnival is tomorrow morning (no morning practice tomorrow).  Come have fun with the team during the parade - meet the coaches at the start of the parade area (Apple Ridge Road and Montgomery Village Avenue) by 9:00 AM on July 4th (look for an awesome float and your coaches)! Come dressed in costume as a pilot (“a naval aviator”), a sailor, a Marine, or any other red, white, and blue themed costume! More info can be found on the LMST website by clicking here.

We also need swimmers aged 10 (rising 6th graders) and up plus one or two parent volunteers to help MVF run the games at the conclusion of the parade and awards. You can sign up to volunteer by clicking here and signing up for a job under "MVF 4th of July Parade and Carnival. Student volunteers will get SSL hours. This is a great way to earn SSL hours while having fun with your friends!

Good luck to all the swimmers participating in the B Meet tonight! Reminder there is no afternoon practice tonight because of the B Meet.
