Good Evening Lasers, 

Attached is the line up for this Saturday's "Red, White & Blue" meet against the Sailfish from Regency Estates. We are at Home so we encourage all the Lasers to come out and support the team. The last 3 meet we've have been full of best times and we are hopeful that this trend will continue on Saturday.  If there are any questions or concerns please let me know as soon as possible. The meet entry exchange with the opposing team is at noon on the Friday before the meet. Once the exchange is complete no changes can be made to the line up. 

Preliminary Relay Teams have been selected. However the final decision for all relays can happen right up to the start of the race. Final decision on the 175 will be made at the conclusion of the Freestyle events. Swimmers should check-in with the coaches prior to leaving the meet to ensure that they have not been selected.
