Hello Laser Families, Swimmers & Coaches!

Our end of season awards celebration is tonight! I hope everyone is ready to celebrate the amazing season we had and share an evening with our Laser Family! Just wanted to provide you with the final details needed for tonight’s events. Please read carefully!

Timeline of the Evening:

5:00pm-6:30pm – Awards Presentation
6:30pm-8:00pm – Swim at Pool and eat your own dinner

Please plan to arrive by 5:00pm and make your way to the back deck of the community center. We are doing our keep to continue keeping everyone safe from COVID, so we are hosting this event outdoors as much as possible. We ask that you might want to bring a blanket or towel for the kids to sit on the deck. There will be chairs and picnic tables for parents. Please keep in mind the weather/temperature for the evening as you decide what your Sunday Best attire will be.

Once the awards presentation is over, you may head over to the pool to swim. Feel free to bring your dinner to enjoy at the pool. Don’t forget your pool ID, your suit and towel! The pool is open to the public and will close at 8:00pm. You will need to enter through the community center. 

Program
We have created a program of the evening, so that everyone can follow along during the awards presentations. Please see the program attached; you may print it at home and bring it along with you.

Photo Backdrop
After the awards presentation, feel free to take a photo with your family and friends. We will have the team banner set up so you can capture that selfie in celebration of the night! So, gather your family and friends together to take some great candid photos to remember the evening and your summer swim team family! Please respect the awards presentation and don’t take any photos at the photo backdrop during the presentation of awards.
