I have been working on updates for this weekends meets and have attached those changes. For all swimmers attending relay carnival:  please plan on bringing a suit, as mentioned in the previous email relay carnivals are very fluid meets and changes to relay teams can be made right up until the team steps behind the blocks. So it pays to be prepared.
