Hello Laser Family!

This may be our last Laser email for a while. I’m sure you won’t miss these messages. ;)  Keep reading to learn more about All Stars, pictures, the survey, Hershey Park, and next season’s calendar.

All Stars

Congratulations to our All Star Swimmers! Our girls 8 and Under Medley Relay of Maddie Arias, Alice Kuminov, Jenesys Pineda and Izzy Trice came in fifth place and dropped 4 seconds off their seed time with a finals time of 1:44.16! Sam Arias came in second place and broke our team record again in breaststroke with a time of 35.71! Way to go Laser Ladies!

Pictures

We have been getting a lot of requests for digital images of the pictures that were taken on picture day, so we have decided to open ordering again for DIGITAL ONLY images. This is a fundraiser to support the team with new equipment purchases and coaches’ salaries for next year.

The images available will ONLY be those that were already taken on picture day. You can purchase a digital image of the following pictures:

• Team Photo
• Individual/Sibling Photo (only if already taken on picture day)
• Composite Photo (an 8x10 with both team picture and individual/sibling photo, only if already taken on picture day)

Each digital photo option is $15. Please send a check, payable to LMST, to Karrie Shuttles at 15 Butterwick Court, Montgomery Village, MD 20886 along with the attached or linked order form. Survey

Thank you to everyone who has already completed the survey. If you haven’t already, please do so by Saturday, August 13. If you have any issues taking the survey, don't hesitate to contact Chuck Shuttles directly at cshuttles@gmail.com. Your feedback will be invaluable as we plan for next season!

Hershey Trip

We are planning an informal trip to Hershey Park on Saturday, September 17th. If your family isn’t busy, don your Laser spirit wear, get tickets, and head to the park for a day of fun!

Next Season

MCSL has released the calendar for next summer! All Comers will be on Saturday, June 10, 2023 and All Star weekend ends on Sunday, July 30, 2023. Mark your calendars now so you can be a part of the fun all season long!
