Hello Lasers! This message contains important information about tomorrow morning’s All Comers meet at HOME. We welcome the entire team to attend and cheer on our 65 swimmers! Show your Laser pride by coming decked out in red and black!

Arrival and Warm Ups

Our warm ups will begin promptly at 7:00 AM. Please arrive by 6:45 AM so you have plenty of time to park, get ready, and be in the water at 7:00 AM sharp!

Swimmers - Be sure to check in with your assigned coach by 6:50 AM!

• 13-14s and 15-18s - Coach Nick
• 11-12s - Coach Rachel
• 9-10 Boys - Coach Emily
• 9-10 Girls - Coach Ellie
• 8 & U Boys - Coach Melanie
• 8 & U Girls - Coach Izzy

Parking

The lower lot is reserved for those with a parking pass. Our team is asked to walk or carpool, and use satellite parking at the Montessori school or CSACC to allow our guests to use the upper lot.

Food

Concessions will be available! Support our team by purchasing cheese or pepperoni pizza for $3 per slice beginning around 10:30 AM. Our team will accept cash and Venmo. Breakfast, drinks, and snacks will be offered by our neighbors from North Creek and Whetstone but they may only accept cash payment. FYI: Since we have the first warm up, breakfast concessions may not be available when our warmup ends at 7:15 AM.

Meet Volunteers

Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered to help at the meet. We are an all volunteer organization and must have volunteers to ensure the meets run smoothly! If you have a swimmer participating in this meet, please sign up to help if you neglected to do so. I apologize if you tried to sign up last night and the job sign up was closed. That was my mistake! Payment and Waiver for MVF

We thank every family that has already paid for their entries. Please give your payment to Karrie Shuttles on deck this evening if you haven’t done so already. MVF sponsors this meet and requires this payment. In addition, MVF requires that every swimmer have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian in order to participate in this meet. Please see Karrie this evening to sign this waiver, if you have not already. Those parents/guardians who won’t be on deck this evening must sign tomorrow morning.

Team Area

Lake Marion’s team area runs from the picnic area by the shed to the diving boards. Please bring your shade shelter to keep our swimmers out of the sun. Swimmers need to remain in the team area so the coaches and volunteers know where to find them when it’s time for their event. This is so important, especially since this is our first meet of the season!

No to Pasta Dinner but Yes to Pool Set Up

Our pasta dinners do not start until Friday, June 14th. So there is no pasta dinner this evening! However, we invite anyone available to join us on deck this evening from 7:30 to 8:00 PM to help with initial set up.
