Hello Laser Families!

We hope you’re having a great week! Tomorrow, June 27th, we host our first home B meet vs Whetstone! Remember to wear your TROPICAL gear! We’ll be looking for new family, boy, and girl spirit award winners! Please note: B meet deck entries can only be accepted by Ashley, Angie, Daria, Coach Nick or Coach Rachel. Please do not ask timers, clerk of course or automation to add swimmers to events. Thank you!

Volunteers: Thank you to everyone who already signed up to volunteer, including many who don’t have any swimmers in the meet! We are still in need of volunteers. If you have a swimmer in the meet and have not yet chosen a volunteer role, please login to your account and select a vacant job. We are still in need of 2nd half timers and concessions volunteers. Rising 9th graders can sign up to be timers for SSL hours. Please check-in with Tanya Hunter near the pavilion when you arrive so we know you’re at the pool and ready to help. 🙂 Please arrive on deck no later than 5:30 to check in with her.

There will be a meeting for our Stroke and Turn officials at 5:35, so please arrive no later than 5:30. There will be a meeting for all timers at 5:40.

Warm-Ups: Please arrive by 4:50, so you have plenty of time to be in the water for warm ups at 5:00 PM.

Parking: Please park in the upper part of the lot as we allow our guests to park in the lower lot.

Team Area: Our team area is from the far half of the red umbrella to the storage shed.

Concessions: The Laser Cafe will be open and will be accepting cash, Venmo, and CashApp payments.

In tradition, Pancake breakfast will be served tomorrow morning. To make room for our tables, swimmers will need to place their bags under the awning by the guard office. Please remember to bring/send a donation to support the purchase of the food. Please don’t put trash in the trash cans that are upside down. This causes extra clean-up work. Older swimmers should not eat pancakes until after they have practiced and helped set up for the evening’s meet.
