Order your Divisionals T-Shirt Today! The order deadline is Wednesday, July 17th - BUT ORDER EARLY to assure your size is available. Orders will be taken online by Plantations. HOWEVER, payment is due to our team. Order Now at http://bit.ly/mcsl24tee (URL IS CASE SENSITIVE)

Please note that:

• Each shirt requires a separate entry. If you are ordering more than one shirt, please submit a NEW form for each item.
• You will pay OUR TEAM for your shirt. Send Venmo to @DariaCTaylor (last 4 digits 8656) and write your swimmer's name in the notes or give cash/check payable to LMST to Beth Turner.
• The shirts will be delivered to Beth Turner on the deck at divisionals for distribution.
• We strongly suggest that you order early to assure your size is available.
• Shirts may be available on the day of divisionals but sizing and quantities will be limited.
• Pre-Orders are due by 7/17/2024.
