Good Morning!

This email message is for any parent of a child of a middle school or high school student that has volunteered their time this season as a CIT, timer, runner, or delivered water to officials at meets.

As the end of the season approaches, now is the time to begin filling out your SSL forms! Please remember to complete the SSL form and have a Swim Committee member sign off. Directions can be found under the CIT section of our website. Committee members can sign forms at the Banquet/Awards on Sunday or at the Raft and Splash on Monday. We will have some forms available at the Banquet.

CITs can earn SSL hours for time spent supporting the pre-team. CITs should keep track of the hours that they have volunteered and at the end of the season, complete the MCPS form using this information.

Forms need to printed out and signed by a Swim Committee member. Be sure to submit your form by the deadlines set by your school/MCPS so you get credit for your hours!
