Hello Laser Family! 

Congratulations to all swimmers who swam in our last B meet of the season last night! We had a lot of best times and first time swimmers!  Way to go! We also appreciate you hanging with us until the very end and assisting with clean up so we could get home quickly.  We hope to see everyone at our final pasta dinner of the season tonight!

If you have a swimmer in tomorrow’s meet, please close your blinds and make sure your pets are inside tonight. Our team fairies will make some special deliveries this evening. Please make sure your swimmer brings their special delivery to tomorrow morning’s meet.

Our divisional championship meet will be HOME. The theme is Red and Black! The coaches will select our last spirit award winners, so come decked out in Red and Black to show your Lake Marion pride!

Lake Marion warm ups start bright and early at 6:45 AM, so be at the pool no later than 6:30 AM. We are assigned to lanes 1-3. Rise and shine swimmers!

The meet will start at 8:00 AM and the lineup can be accessed here. Please print out a copy of the program and/or review it with your swimmer(s) so they know their events/heats/lanes. Our team area is at the diving boards, so please bring chairs and tents!

If you do not receive a parking pass for volunteering, you will need to walk to the pool or park at one of the off-site parking options. You will be able to drop off your swimmers, but the entire lot and grassy area is pass only.   I will have parking passes at practices today and at the Pasta Dinner tonight for anyone who has not yet received their pass.  We have 2 concessions volunteer positions available, so if you want a pass and don't have one, go ahead and sign up and you'll get one! 

Beth Turner will have shirts that were paid for and pre-ordered. There will be limited stock available for sale at the meet.

After the deck is cleaned up and the pool is ready to open, we will head to California Tortilla (255 Spectrum Ave, Gaithersburg 20879) for our final team lunch of the season. The coaches will hand out the ribbons and medals our swimmers earned that morning, as well as the season’s final spirit awards.
