Hello Lasers! This message contains important information about tomorrow morning’s All Comers meet at North Creek. The meet officially kicks off at 8 AM and has the potential to be epic. We welcome the entire team to attend and cheer on our 50 swimmers! Show your Laser pride by coming decked out in black and red!

Arrival and Warm Ups

Our warm ups will begin promptly at 7:30 AM. Swimmers must check in with Coach Nick by 7:15 AM!

Parking

There is no reserved parking, but the North Creek lot is large. Arrive early for the best parking selection, as North Creek is warming up at 7 AM and Whetstone at 7:15 AM, so we are the last to arrive.

Food

Concessions will be available, and they are a shared responsibility amongst all the teams. Whetstone is providing breakfast and North Creek is selling lunch. Support our team by purchasing lots of drinks and snacks! Bring CASH if you want breakfast or lunch as Whetstone and North Creek are cash only operations.

Meet Volunteers

Team Area

Lake Marion’s team area is under the red umbrella, on the side of the pool closest to the playground. There is some limited room in the team area for an additional tent or 2 to stay shaded as the sun moves. Tents cannot go up against the pool though, as we need to maintain a path to walk around the pool, get to the clerk of course, etc. Swimmers need to remain in the team area so the coaches and volunteers know where to find them when it’s time for their event. This is so important, especially since this is our first meet of the season!

Additional Details

Clerk of Course will be under the giant umbrella between the slide and the diving board end of the pool. Please do NOT to set up there. That area needs to be quiet for the starts and clear for ref/starter to see the announcer, etc. Spectator seating is on the clubhouse side of the pool, but there's limited/no shade so if you want to put up an umbrella or tent you can do so. We just need to keep line of sight between ref/starter and announcer. Also, timers will be on that end for the 25m events.
