Pasta Potluck Reminder

We hope to see everyone at our weekly team building event this evening! It’s not too late to sign up to bring a large dish to share. We will start eating shortly after 6:30 PM. We appreciate anyone who can stay after dinner to help with deck setup, starting around 7:45 PM.

Meet Theme & Team Area

Tomorrow morning’s theme is Tropical! Come dressed in your best tropical attire. For those new to the team, our area extends from the end of the big red umbrella to the picnic area. Please leave the ENTIRE umbrella for the visiting team. Stay in the team area and be ready to report to the clerks of course (Ms. Chrystal and Ms. Eda) before your events.

We appreciate you bringing your tents to protect our swimmers, as the team tents will be used around the deck to provide shade to the volunteers and the swimmers waiting at the lanes.

Parking

We reserve the lower parking lot for our guests. Please walk to the pool or park in the upper lot.

Swimmer Arrival & Meet Program

Be on deck by 7:45 AM. Warm-ups begin at 8:00 AM sharp. Please check in with your assigned coach upon arrival:

• 10 and under: Coach Dana
• 11 & 12: Coach Izzy
• 13 and up: Coach Ellie

The meet program is linked here and also attached. Please print a copy or review the events/heats/lanes with your swimmer. Do not leave the meet on Saturday until your swimmer has checked out with the coaches.

Volunteering

You are required to fulfill your volunteer commitment even if your child is not participating. You MUST sign in with our volunteer coordinator, Tanya Hunter. Please review your shift start time and arrive early. We have a few jobs that still need to be filled - 2 timers and water delivery for timers and officials!

Concessions

We will have breakfast sandwiches and pancakes to start, then switch to burgers and dogs around halftime. We will also have snacks and snow cones. We accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp. Come hungry!

Team Lunch

Join us at McDonald's (9100 Rothbury Drive) after the meet. Before heading out, please help us clean up the deck so the pool can open quickly. Many hands make light work! The coaches will hand out ribbons and announce spirit awards at lunch.
