Hello Lasers!  We hope everyone had a lot of fun at B Relays last night. Thanks to everyone who helped manage the chaos! A special thanks to Stephen Ravas and Alin Shealy for stepping up and filling in at the last minute, and to our parent relay swimmers: Michael Pherigo, Nicole McCabe, Emily Fuentes and JR Morillo. You guys crushed it!

Pasta Potluck: Join us tomorrow night for pasta dinner! Please sign up to bring a dish to share. Dinner starts after 6:30 PM. We have a tradition for the entire team to sign kickboards for our graduating seniors, so please come to pasta dinner to add your name to their gifts!

Our final dual meet of the season is Saturday morning at HOME versus Willows of Potomac. Here’s what you need to know:

Meet Theme & Team Area: Saturday's theme is SUPERHEROES! Our team area is between the picnic area and the big red umbrella. (Please leave the entire umbrella for our guests). Parents, please remind your swimmers that they must stay in the team area and report to clerks Ms. Nicole and Ms. Cindy before their events. Bring your own tents for yourself and your swimmers; team tents are reserved for deck volunteers and the lanes/clerking areas.

Parking: The lower lot is reserved for guests. Park in the upper lot or walk to the pool.

Swimmer Arrival & Meet Program: Arrive by 7:45 AM for 8:00 AM warm-ups. Check in with your coach:

• 10 & Under: Coach Dana
• 11-12: Coach Izzy
• 13 & Up: Coach Ellie

The meet program will be shared tomorrow. Please review the program with your swimmer(s). Mandatory: Check out with coaches before leaving so we can fill our relay lanes. We need to have team members stay to cheer on our second half swimmers!

Senior Recognition: Gather around the pool at half time as we recognize our 7 graduating seniors, and bring your tissues!

Volunteering: You must fulfill your commitment even if your child isn't swimming in the meet. Be sure to sign in with Tanya Hunter upon arrival.

**If you still need to earn points this season, sign up for one of these roles: computer scorer (help at automation), concessions clean up, meet take down, second half runner, or water delivery.**

Concessions: We’ll be serving up some of the best food in the county at the Laser Cafe! Cash, Venmo, and CashApp are accepted.
