We had some great swims this morning against Willows of Potomac but we did not pull out a win. You can find the meet results under Schedule, Meet Results or by clicking here.

We would like to recognize the following swimmers who swam All Star times this morning:

• Eli Hunter - IM, back, breast, and fly - all of the events he swam in!

• Nikita Zhelyazkov - free, breast and fly - all of the events he swam in!

A shout out to Henry Giffin, Yvette Larios, and Coach Dana, Xander and Emmett for winning the spirit awards! Thank you everyone who filled an essential role this morning, especially those parents who had a senior in the meet. Our team is powered by volunteers!

Meet ribbons were handed out at the team lunch after the meet. There are a lot of ribbons in the family boxes that we have out at practices. Be sure to collect those keepsakes for your memory boxes!

B Meet Update

There was an error with the way the B meet was set up. If you already signed up your swimmer(s), you must go back in and select the event(s) they are eligible to swim. I apologize for the mistake! The deadline to sign up is Monday at 9 PM!

Lasermania on Monday Morning - CHANGE IN REGULAR AM PRACTICE TIMES

Lasermania is Monday morning. This is a fun team-building event led by our coaches and seniors! All swimmers, including those who practice in the afternoon, are welcome to join in! Lasermania will be held from:

• 8 - 10 AM for ALL swim team swimmers (both 10 & under and 11 & up)
• 10:15 - 10:45 AM for ALL pre-team swimmers, with CIT help

Banquet - Sunday July 19th - RSVP by Tuesday July 14 at NOON

Join us as we celebrate another amazing summer swim season at our end-of-season awards banquet! This event is for all LMST swimmers, families, and preteam members. Dress in your Sunday’s best.👗👔

Awards & Slideshow

We will recognize every swimmer with paper plate awards, graduating seniors, record breakers, and recipients of the Sportsmanship, Most Improved, Spirit, Perseverance, Coaches, and Excellence Awards. • Tuesday 7/14: Top Golf for those 15-18s who RSVPed - have fun!
• Tuesday 7/14: RSVPs due for the Banquet
• Wednesday 7/15: Pancake Breakfast and B Meet at Quail Valley with SUPERHEROES theme
• Thursday 7/16: Divisionals Poster Making (grown ups only) at the Niemiec’s house
• Thursday 7/16: Sign up for the Preteam Popsicle Meet by 9 PM (details to follow)
• Friday 7/17: Last day of regular practices and final Pasta Dinner of the season
• Saturday 7/18: Divisionals at North Creek
• Sunday 7/19: Preteam Popsicle Meet at Lake Marion and Banquet
• Monday 7/20: Raft & Splash Pool Party at Lake Marion where swimmers can cash in their personal bests and mini meet participation for prizes!
