Our weekly pancake breakfast is held on Wednesday mornings. All swimmers will be served pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit and juice AFTER they finish practice. This event is run on donations, so please contribute weekly if you can. |

This mini-meet is perfect for our pre-team swimmers as well as those swimmers who are 9 and under who have not participated in meet yet. There is a $12 entry fee with a maximum of 4 events per swimmer. CITs will be helping in water so everyone can participate, no matter their level! |

Pasta Dinner - Week 5

Please join us for our weekly pasta dinner. We will begin eating at 6:30pm once practice is over. We will let the youngest swimmers eat first. We ask that each family bring a dish with enough food to feed their family and a little more to share. You can sign up to bring a dish under Job Signup. |

Join us for this annual tradition. Get ready for a fun and games filled practice! "Regular" team will have Lasermania from 8 - 9:30 AM and pre-team will have their very own special Lasermania from 9:30 - 10:15 AM. We invite everyone to come to morning practice that day as we can't hold Lasermania in the afternoons when the pool is open to the public. |
