Happy Father’s Day Lasers!

Here are a few updates as we head into the week:

• Pool Record: A huge congratulations to Sam Arias for breaking a Twin Farms pool record yesterday! Sam swam the 100 breaststroke in 1:21.56, surpassing their previous pool record of 1:22.50—which was held by the very person who taught Sam how to swim!
• Giving Back: We are collecting granola bars for the Montgomery County Immigrants Rights Collective to support immigrant families in Montgomery County facing food insecurity. Please bring your donations to the pasta dinner this Friday. I will be delivering them next week!
• Personal Bests (PB): Points are awarded to swimmers for every Personal Best (PB) achieved at meets throughout the season. These points count toward prizes at our end-of-season Raft & Splash Party, so keep tracking those black ribbons! Preteamers can also earn points by participating in the Manchester Farm Mini Meet and the Lake Marion Popsicle Meet.
