If your swimmer plans to be absent for any meet throughout the season, you must declare them as “unavailable” in SwimTopia for that specific meet as soon as possible!

For last minute/unexpected absences, parents are expected to notify coaches in writing as soon as possible to allow for adjustments to the team lineup.
